Our Contract Structure
Clients benefit from a unique contract agreement through our promise that you will never pay for hours that aren’t worked. Unused balances will roll over to the next contract period, or the equivalent value will be refunded upon request.
A contract is not closed once a specific, pre-defined set of project deliverables is completed. Instead, a support contract provides a range of ongoing services. Priorities can therefore be changed at any time at the discretion of the client as the scope of the project evolves.
